New (and some old) Things in Taipei

The guy without the shirt has been around for ages, but what I was trying to take a photo of is the giant snowglobe in the background, into which you were allowed to walk!

(Above) This is crossing Hsinyi Road at the corner of Keelung Rd. This used to be a boarded up area, and now we finally know what it is: a Long Distance Bus Station. Yippee.

(Above) Also a bus station, on Hsinyi Rd., right beside the Sun Yat Sen Memorial. Poor mom, she loved the Breeze Centre, and now there’s a free shuttle to it, so close to her old house!

The new mystery building by Taipei 101 has opened, and it turns out it’s a fancy shopping mall. Not that exciting, but it was very pretty.
